All children of the southern Illinois area are invited to attend the Boys and Girls Club of Carbondale’s Haunted House on October 27 from 5:00pm to approximately 8:30pm located at the Boys and Girls Club on 250 N. Springer road. There is no entry fee, it will be free admission. This Haunted House is a joint effort between the Boys and Girls Club of Carbondale and students from the Recreation Department of Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Upon entering the club, children will be escorted in small groups through the best frights of southern Illinois. There will be a maze, graveyard, and other horrors awaiting the participants. At the end, if they have survived the scares, treats will be handed out to all participants.
